Why do I do what I do?

It’s a long story spanning my entire life, but mostly the last 11-12 years. During this timeframe, life has happened a million times over, and I’ve had two big awakenings that were filled, one with escapism and the second one with daily anxiety, and a pivotal point where I had to VERY consciously choose light over darkness to rise and move my life forward. My sanctuaries were nature and a deep, evolving connection to myself and the Universe. Personal readings and journaling helped me get out of the proverbial hole and gave me the wings I needed to rise into a life my human self never envisioned, but my soul yearned for. My mission is to connect you to your Spirit team to give you the messages that will help guide and transform you from the inside out. To share with you the reframes, inspiration, and tools that will help you shift your frequency to reach for better, bigger, and higher in alignment with your true path and soul essence.
